Peekaboo Kidz

Because boring and stiff isn’t what makes serious learning stick – fun is! 😄

Peekaboo Kidz on YouTube and YoutubeKids

This week’s digital gem is the wildly entertaining science channel Peekaboo Kidz. It’s hosted by Dr. Binocs a floating blue blob with glasses who somehow manages to be charming and playful. His sidekick is Kitty, technically a cat but with a very piercing human voice. We forgive Kitty’s voice because he sets up questions that are gold.

Together, Dr Binocs and Kitty explore everything from “What if you were invisible?” to “What would happen if oxygen levels doubled?” The topics are sometimes wacky, often brilliant, and always educational.

Each video breaks down big science ideas into bite-sized, animated explanations kids actually want to watch. The visuals are bright, the pacing is spot-on, and the tone hits that perfect sweet spot between fun and informative.

This is one of those rare gems that’s as high on the “edu” as it is on the “tainment.” Kids can happily binge… and you’ll be quietly thrilled about it.

Add this gem to their Aneta homerooms and enjoy the magic of serious learning and fun sharing the same screen. Go ahead and take a bow. You did this.

This is screen time you can truly feel good about. 😁
