Because sometimes the best thing to do with screen time is get up and move in front of it. 💃😄

GoNoodle on Youtube or YouTubeKids

This week’s digital gem is the GoNoodle Get Moving playlist on YouTube and YouTube Kids. It’s a collection of upbeat videos that gets kids dancing, stretching, jumping, breathing and, yes, doing a whole lot of wiggling. It’s designed for kids, but frankly, it works for ages 3 to 103, so join in! (Why not?)

GoNoodle uses music, movement and playful videos to get kids actively participating with their screens instead of just watching. And there’s lots to explore beyond movement, with videos touching on mindfulness and breathing, emotions, science, reading, patterns and more.

You can explore even more activities and jams at GoNoodle.com, although some of the material there requires an account.

But their YouTube playlists require none of that. Just press play and get moving.

Add this gem to your kiddos’ Aneta homerooms and enjoy the rare win where “watch a video” and “go burn some energy” are the same instruction.

This is screen time you can truly feel good about. 😁

Schedule this digital gem for your kiddo in Aneta today!
